Membership and rights of admission is reserved solely for • Indian Nationals & Citizens • Persons of Indian Origin • Non Resident Indians and • Persons of Indian descendant /Indian Heritage Length of Membership: You continue to be a member of agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham till • Thambraas Muhurtham discharges its obligations to you by rendering its services to you; or agreement -Thambraas Muhurtham or you terminate the membership arrangement. • Paid Memberships: Validity of your paid membership is based on months (3, 6, 9) and not on days. Renewal of Membership: • Members who is eligible to view contact details; but the account expires can renew the membership within a month (within thirty days).
	Privacy of Membership:
	Your Membership is only for personal use. It is not to be assigned, transferred or licensed so as to be used by any other person/entity. Members are advised to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before acting upon any matrimonial advertisement. Our site does not vouch for or subscribe to the claims and representations made by advertisers regarding particulars of status, age, income of other members.Kindly note that, • Your membership in agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham is for your sole and personal use. • You may not authorize others to use your membership and • You may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity. Cancellation of Membership: MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE if a member chooses to terminate the membership.
	Online Conduct:
	• You are responsible for the content and information [including profile and photograph] you post or transmit through agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham services. • You will not post or transmit any content or information [in whatever form they may be contained] that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights. No content or information shall contain details or particulars of any of agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham competitors, including their contact details. • You will not use either your online or offline membership as a platform for any kind of promotional campaign, solicitation, advertising or dealing in any products or services or transmit any chain letters or junk mails. • There is a reasonable limit to the number of profiles you are allowed to contact each day. • Being a free member you can express your interest to a limited number of members. This is valid for a limited period only. agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham reserves the right to provide this feature to its members. • Your membership will automatically be suspended if you send "abusive, obscene or sexually oriented" message/s to other members. • Thambraas Muhurtham has the right to suspend your profile without any prior notice. • Thambraas Muhurtham reserves the right to edit/delete your photo/horoscope if it's not a valid/clear/related one. • If we find duplicate profiles then we have rights to suspend any of the profile or all the profiles. • Messages sent to members of the opposite gender should be only for the purpose of finding a life partner. You are not allowed to misuse the service in the name of "Dating", "Flirting", and Friendship" etc. • Thambraas Muhurtham reserves the right to modify your profile if any prohibitive or objectionable content is found, or in the case of your contact details being entered in irrelevant fields. agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham may also modify the profile for other reasons not mentioned herewith. If any abusive content is found in your video clipping, agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham has the right to suspend your profile. • You will not post or transmit any content, information or trademarks without the prior consent of the person holding its proprietary or licensed rights. agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham will not in any way be responsible or answerable to any action brought by any person arising out of your acts as described above. • Thambraas Muhurtham reserves the right but is not obligated, to edit, delete, eclipse or withhold display of such content or information as it deems fit in the light of the rules prescribed above. • To enhance the security of its members, agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham has restricted copying and saving images and content from certain sections of the portal. Extraneous contents: • Thambraas Muhurtham hereby alerts and warns its members of the possibility of unauthorized posting of contents by any person including members and unauthorized users and advises discretion in access since such content, information or representation may not be suitable to you including being offensive. • Thambraas Muhurtham will not in any way be responsible for such content, information or representations. • Thambraas Muhurtham is also not responsible for alterations, modifications, deletion, reproduction, sale, transmission or any such misuse of data and content in the public domain by any user. REFUND OF FEE • If you choose to terminate your membership, the MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. • Your membership in the agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.
	ROLE OF agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham
	Provision of Service: • Thambraas Muhurtham will provide the service[s] that are opted and paid for by the member. In addition, the member may also make use of the other free services that are applicable to them. • A paid membership will allow you to contact profiles of the opposite gender. Medium of Interchange of Information: • Besides the provision of services, agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham acts as a platform for all its members to interchange information that would promote their common matrimonial objectives. • It is to be distinctly understood that agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham will only provide contact between and among members within its service framework and not the direct contact details of such members. • Thambraas Muhurtham is not the agent of any member and does not partake in the interchange or the results thereof. agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham will be a disinterested person in the event of disputes between or among the members, though it may facilitate an amicable resolution of such disputes. Right to form Consortium/Associates: • While providing services, agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham may outsource any part thereof to any competent person or organization, with or without disclosing it to you. • However, your membership rights and responsibilities continue as against agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham only and not against such persons or organizations.
	GENERAL PROVISIONS Confidentiality:
	• Thambraas Muhurtham will maintain confidentiality, all personal information [other than that meant for posting or transmission] furnished by members. However, agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham may divulge such information if required by law. • By agreeing to register at --Thambraas Muhurtham and its consortium of portals, a user allows agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham to get in touch with him/her from time to time on events or offers. • This could include exciting offers, information, as well as promotions. --Thambraas Muhurtham can use your email address and/or telephone number for this purpose.
	Termination of Membership:
	• The membership may be terminated by either party by serving a written notice on the other. --Thambraas Muhurtham reserves the right to terminate the membership, to suspend a profile or to disable access in respect of any member in breach of any of the terms. In no case will the Membership fees be refundable. Site Policies, Modification and Severability: • Please review our other policies, such as our pricing policy, posted on this site. • We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and the Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. • If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition(s). 	• The membership is deemed to have been entered into at Chennai, India and the laws of India will govern the membership. • Disputes arising out of or in any way affecting the membership including interpretation of any of the terms are to be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [Indian Act] at Chennai before a sole Arbitrator. DISCLAIMERS • Thambraas Muhurtham is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Site or in connection with the agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham Service, whether caused by Users/Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service, or for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham Service whether online or offline. • Thambraas Muhurtham assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, User and/or Member communications or any communications by agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham to its Members. • Thambraas Muhurtham is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Thambraas Muhurtham Site and/or in connection with the agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham Service. • Under no circumstances --Thambraas Muhurtham be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the Site or the Service and/or any Content posted on the --Thambraas Muhurtham Site or transmitted to agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham Members. 	Limitation on Liability:

	Disputes:
	If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the Site, you unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in Chennai, India only.
	Indemnity:
	You agree to indemnify and hold agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or any fraudulent act on your part.

	• By becoming a Member of the agreement --Thambraas Muhurtham service, you agree to receive certain specific email from Thambraas Muhurtham. • This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the --Thambraas Muhurtham service, contains the entire agreement between you and Thambraas Muhurtham regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. • If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. Thambraas Muhurtham is a trademark and stands out for its Quality service through customer satisfaction. By becoming a member of Thambraas Muhurtham and/or using the Services of the Site, you unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read the above provisions and agree to abide by them.
