Terms & Conditions
- Thambraas Muhurtham is created as a service oriented matrimonial web site to serve Brahmin community and to offer effective services. Registrations of Brahmins alone will be accepted.
- Registered members alone will have unlimited access to information about fellow members enabling correspondence with them. unregistered members will have restricted availability of member data and they will not be able to correspond with members.
- Thambraas cannot validate claims made by registered / unregistered members about themselves/about the claims made in Thambraas Muhurtham. Hence all registered members/users are requested to thoroughly validate for themselves the claims/credentials made by fellow members before finalizing an alliance.
- The Administrator, Thambraas Muhurtham has the right to refuse registration/delete registration at his own discretion provided, details submitted by any member, will upset other members/tarnish the image of Thambraas Muhurtham or Thamizhnadu Brahmin Association or Brahmins.
- Members are requested not to use unparliamentary language while sending mails to other members and expected to maintain utmost dignity while interacting with fellow members under any / all circumstances.
- Members can delete their profile, if they wish so, by giving a request in writing to ThambraasMuhurtham Administrator and the deletion of the profile will take effect within seven working days. No refund will be made even if a member has to delete his profile within few days of registration.
- If a cheque sent by a member is dishonoured (bounced) by the banker, then the member has to send a DD or MO and another cheque will not be accepted in lieu of the dishonoured cheque.
- Receipt will be provided only for cash payment made at Thambraas HO at Mylapore, Chennai - 600004. For all other payments made through Postal MO/Account Payee Cheque /Demand draft/Bank deposit, no separate receipt will be sent. Receipt/acknowledgement given by the respective agency if any should serve as a proof of payment and should be used for all future queries.
- Thambraas Muhurtham will not be responsible for cheques sent without account payee endorsement/sent with wrong name & address, DDs made in wrong name, Postal/Courier loss or payment made to other than those authorized by Thambraas Muhurtham.
- Members who register / use Tambraas Muhurtham are deemed to have read these terms and conditions (and agree to abide by the same), before registration as well as while using the site.
