- Thambraas Muhurtham is part of Thamizhnadu Brahmin Association [THAMBRAAS] an organization striving hard for the betterment of Brahmin community.
- Thambraas Muhurtham is service oriented matrimonial site and its sole objective is to enable and maximize marriages between and among brahmin sects and sub sects. Hence registrations are restricted only to Brahmin community.
- Registrations can be done either by bride or bridegroom or by their Parents/Guardian/Sibling.
- Any one can visit/browse through Thambraas Muhurtham but to upload an eligible profile for marriage one has to register with the site. To have unrestricted viewing of member details a member has to pay Registration fee of INR Rs.400/- (Rupees Four hundred only) for a Validity period of 180 days.
- Very Poor Brahmin families can be given free membership on special grounds on ‘case by case’ basis. For this they need to approach Thambraas head office at Mylapore through proper channel.
- During the elegible 180 days period registered members can access any number of profiles.
- For registering in Thambraas Muhurtham matrimonial site, a member has to provide details about himself, his ward together with his contact details including his phone/email ids. Only registered members will have unrestricted access to view such information. Unregistered members will not have access to member contact details.
- Thambraas Muhurtham will not sell/rent/transfer the member information to any other organization/political parties/cultural organization etc., without the consent of the respective members. However Thambraas Muhurtham is bound by law to cooperate with regulatory authorities in providing available information about a particular member if it is so warranted by the appropriate authorities.
- Thambraas Muhurtham or Thambraas may use the data of members in keeping the members informed of events/issues which are important to Brahmin community at large, from time to time.
